Poor thing is in shock!

Collin had his end of the year picnic with his class Tuesday.  The teachers presented us with a scrapbook that they had put together for each child for the year.  It's so cute!  The kids really enjoyed their picnic and had a blast running around outside.  We call Lily the "honorary" class member because she's always with me at every class event.  She really believes that she is part of the class.  She had so much fun trying to hang with the big kids until she fell down and scraped her nose while running.

Family pics

We decided to have our pictures taken this month since it's been a while since our last family picture.  Lily was not in the mood to have her pictures taken that day.  Collin however, was easy because we can just bribe him with anything.  Yes, I am not above bribing a 3-year old.  Don't judge : )

Grandparents day at school

Grandad and Nana helping Collin with his flower.

Last Thursday was grandparents day at Collin's school.  Unfortunately, Mimi was out of town and Papa had to work, but luckily Nana and Grandad were able to make it.  Collin was SO excited that they got to come to his school and visit him.  They helped him plant a flower and then played for a while before leaving.  Thanks again Nana and Grandad for coming!  Collin really enjoyed it!

Rainy Day

I can't believe that Easter has already come and gone!  I'm a little late in updating the blog, but I wanted to be sure to include the pics of the kids.  The kids enjoyed all of the Easter egg hunts.  Lily loved finding the eggs and putting them in her basket.  It was so funny - she would put an egg in her basket and then take it out..and then put it back in again.  She wasn't aware that there was anything in the eggs.  Collin, on the other hand, was very aware of the candy inside of them.  They were so cute all dressed up and scrambling for their eggs.  We went to church on Easter Sunday and then over to Mimi and Grandad's house later that day.  One of my favorite memories of Easter this year was to hear Collin tell the story of Easter and how Jesus died for us and now looks after us in heaven.
