Happy little Lily...
This one is my favorite...

Collin was being so sweet to Lily...
He loves his little sister...

Collin was sharing his cars with Lily. That's big time!

Talk about a ham!

Here's the new "O" face...

Lily's is wearing her new fish dress and matching hat that Nana had made. Isn't it precious?
Lauren and Collin playing in the sprinkler. Yes, that's Lily's little hiney in the background. She does own a swimsuit, but it was a spur of the moment skinny dip.
Aunt Jenny and Lily...

Only one month to go until the big numero uno! Lily is so busy these days. She can take two small steps now. She loses her courage after that and just squats down so she doesn't fall. I can't say I blame her. She's practicing hard to get her walk down steady enough for her birthday. She has been laughing a lot more and loves to act silly. She probably learns that from watching her brother. They just love to play hide and seek together and chase each other. Of course, Todd or myself will always carry Lily. She also makes a new face now. We like to call it the "O" face because she puts her lips in the shape of the letter O. It's really cute. She says "dada," "baba" and "buhbuh" (for Collin). I am still trying to get her to say "mama." She says "ma," but she won't put the other "ma" with it. At least she tries. She could probably say more, but it's hard to get a word in around Collin. He LOVES to talk...and talk...and talk.

There is other big news to report. No I'm not pregnant! If anyone thought that you are crazy : ) Collin is POTTY TRAINED!!! You read correctly...POTTY TRAINED. He still wears a pull up during nap time and at night, but other than that it is Diego or Spiderman underwear. Or as Mimi calls them, "panties." We attempted the whole potty training thing back in March and he wasn't ready. This time he took to it with no problem and I have to say it was pretty easy. We do have a 13 hour car ride to Florida in 2 weeks, so that will be very interesting to see how the potty thing goes.
Todd and I just celebrated our 6 year anniversary on Sunday. Where has the time gone? Nana and Papa came up to babysit so Todd and I could go to dinner. Nana came up early so us girls could squeeze in a little shopping and Papa drove his Harley up the next day. Collin gets so excited to see his bike. Papa always lets him sit on it and Collin just eats it up. We had Todd's family over on Sunday afternoon and enjoyed watching the kids play. It was a great weekend! We are so blessed to have such wonderful families!!!
